After doing an incredible Vancouver and Rockies tour, there’s no question that this was a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of Canada’s most stunning landscapes. Now looking back, this trip offered a perfect blend of vibrant city life, breathtaking mountain views, and unforgettable experiences.



The journey started in Vancouver, a city that manages to perfectly combine natural beauty with urban sophistication. Staying at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver provided an ideal base to explore the city. Gastown’s cobbled streets and unique boutiques were a great way to start the adventure, while the green oasis of Stanley Park provided a serene escape in the heart of the city. And let’s not forget the stunning views from the Vancouver Lookout, where the city’s mix of mountains, ocean, and modern architecture could be seen in all its glory.

From Vancouver, the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whistler did not disappoint. Winding along the coast with mountains on one side and ocean on the other, the drive itself was an experience. Whistler, with its alpine village charm, was the perfect retreat. Staying at the Hilton Whistler Resort was a highlight, especially with breakfast included each morning. The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre gave deeper insights into the history of the land, while the Whistler Bear Viewing Tour provided the thrill of seeing black bears in their natural habitat.

The drive to Kamloops was a change in scenery, moving from lush mountains to the dry, rolling hills of British Columbia’s interior. Maligne Lake, with its crystal-clear waters and surrounding peaks, was unforgettable, and the drive along the Icefields Parkway from Jasper to Banff had some of the most awe-inspiring views imaginable.

Arriving in Banff felt like reaching the heart of the Canadian Rockies. The town, with its charming streets and incredible scenery, was the perfect place to explore for two days. Staying at the Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa was a luxurious way to relax after days of travel.
